为了研究国人骨肉瘤与P53基因的关系,作者应用原位杂交技术检测了P53基因mRNA在30例人骨肉瘤、15例胎儿骨和15例正常骨组织中的表达。骨肉瘤中有较低水平的P53基因mRNA表达。差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。此外还发现,骨肉瘤中P53蛋白表达与P53基因原位杂交结果呈负相关(rs′=-0.845,P<0.001)。本研究结果证实,P53基因突变是骨肉瘤中常见基因异常,在骨肉瘤的发生中起着一定的作用。
In order to study the relationship between Chinese osteosarcoma and P53 gene, the authors used in situ hybridization to detect the expression of P53 mRNA in 30 cases of human osteosarcoma, 15 cases of fetal bone and 15 cases of normal bone tissue. There is a lower level of P53 mRNA expression in osteosarcoma. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, it was found that the expression of P53 protein in osteosarcoma was negatively correlated with the in situ hybridization of P53 gene (rs′=-0.845, P<0.001). The results of this study confirm that the mutation of P53 gene is a common gene abnormality in osteosarcoma and plays a certain role in the occurrence of osteosarcoma.
