会计核算中心是我国财政收支管理体制改革的深化,发挥中心在当前财政管理中的核心监管作用,本文探讨的主要目的是解决好国库集中支付体制怎样在新形势下应用现有的会计核算中心,对预算单位实行部门预算管理及国库集中支付的新财政制度,从而避免重复建设的问题发生。本文就会计集中核算融入国库集中支付后存在的问题及对策,做了论述。
The accounting center is the deepening of the reform of the fiscal revenue and expenditure management system in our country, giving full play to the central role of the center in the current financial management. The main purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that how to use the centralized treasury payment system in the new situation to apply the existing accounting center , The budget unit to implement departmental budget management and treasury centralized payment of the new financial system, so as to avoid duplication of the problem.
