本文用0.01mol/L NaOH作吸收液,采集空气中H_2Se,用玻碳电极镀金膜、阳极溶出伏安法测定H_2Se,不需通氮除氧,在0~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,精密度好,相对标准偏差2.38%—2.67%,灵敏度高,检出限为0.01μg/ml,与经典的荧光分光光度法作对照试验,平均相对偏差小于10%,空气中存在的Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Mn离子无干扰,方法快速简便,适用于车间空气中H_2Se的测定。 生物材料中的硒多用经典的荧光分光光度
