目的识别、评价和分析某化工公司合成氨尿素装置建设项目可能产生及存在的职业病危害因素及防护效果。方法根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》等法律法规的要求,采用类比法,检查表法与定量分级法相结合的原则进行评价。结果类比企业粉尘检测的8个点中有2个点超标,合格率为75%;本项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有噪声、氨、尿素、CO等,但各检测点均未超标,合格率为100%。该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、拟采取的职业病防护措施设计、辅助用室的卫生设施配置等均符合国家卫生标准。结论从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求。
Objective To identify, evaluate and analyze the hazards and protective effects of occupational diseases that may occur and exist in the construction project of a synthetic urea plant for a chemical company. Methods According to the requirements of laws and regulations such as Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and Hygienic Standard of Design for Industrial Enterprises, the principles of analogy, checklist and quantitative classification were evaluated. Results There were 2 out of 8 spots in the analogy dust test, with a pass rate of 75%. The occupational hazards that may be caused by this project were noise, ammonia, urea, CO, etc., but none of the test points were exceeded. The pass rate It is 100%. The site selection and overall layout of the construction project, the layout of production equipment, the design of occupational disease prevention measures to be taken and the sanitation facilities configuration of auxiliary rooms are in line with the national health standards. Conclusion From the point of view of occupational health, the occupational hazard protection facilities to be adopted in the construction project basically meet the national occupational health standards and health requirements.
