目的采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定工作场所中的1,2-二氯乙烷和三氯丙烷含量。方法气相色谱法,用活性碳管吸附,二硫化碳溶液解吸,FID检测器分析。结果 1,2-二氯乙烷在0~1 2 5 6μg/ml;三氯丙烷在0~6 9 4μg/ml范围内线性良好,当采样体积为4.5 L时,最低检出浓度为1,2-二氯乙烷0.2 mg/m3、三氯丙烷0.5 mg/m3,标准溶液平行测定的RS D<2%,加标回收率为1,2-二氯乙烷9 6.8%~9 5.5%;三氯丙烷9 5.6%~9 5.0%。结论采用FFAP毛细管柱分离效果优于填充柱。
Objective To determine the contents of 1,2-dichloroethane and trichloropropane in the workplace by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Gas chromatography, activated carbon tube adsorption, carbon disulfide solution desorption, FID detector analysis. The results showed that the linearity of 1,2-dichloroethane was 0-1256μg / ml. The linearity of trichloropropane was good in the range of 0-694μg / ml. When the sample volume was 4.5L, the lowest detection concentration was 1, 2-dichloroethane 0.2 mg / m3, trichloropropane 0.5 mg / m3, RS D <2% of the standard solution in parallel, spiked recoveries of 1,2-dichloroethane 9 6.8% -9.5% ; Trichloropropane 9 5.6% ~ 9 5.0%. Conclusion The FFAP capillary column separation is better than the packed column.
