建立了以制冷剂为热媒的空气源热泵直接地板辐射供暖系统实验平台,对空气源热泵运行特性、供暖效果及影响因素、经济性进行了实验研究和分析。结果表明,地板盘管进出口温度、进出口温差均比较稳定;在郑州地区冬季条件下,地板辐射供暖地表温度达到26.5℃,室内温度维持在21.8℃,完全满足室内供暖设计要求;空气源热泵直接地板辐射供暖预热时间短,约为80min;建筑围护结构的保温性能、窗墙比、地板盘管的管间距等是影响地板辐射供暖的重要因素;空气源热泵直接地板辐射供暖系统具有较好的经济效益和环保效益。
The experimental platform of air-source heat pump direct radiant floor heating system with refrigerant as heat medium was established, and the operation characteristics, heating effect, influencing factors and economy of air source heat pump were experimentally studied and analyzed. The results show that the inlet and outlet temperature of the floor coil and the temperature difference between import and export are relatively stable. Under the condition of winter in Zhengzhou, the surface temperature of the floor radiant heating reaches 26.5 ℃ and the indoor temperature maintains at 21.8 ℃, which fully meets the requirements of indoor heating design. Direct floor radiation heating warm-up time is short, about 80min; building envelope insulation performance, window-wall ratio, floor coil spacing is an important factor affecting radiant floor heating; air source heat pump direct floor radiant heating system has Better economic and environmental benefits.
