为评价国产头孢呋辛酯片的临床疗效及安全性 ,以进口头孢呋辛酯 (西力欣 )片为对照药 ,作了多中心前瞻性随机对照临床研究。结果显示 :试验组 (T组 )与对照组 (C组 )的临床疗效和安全性相似 (P>0.05)。结论 :国产头孢呋辛酯片用于敏感细菌引起的呼吸道、泌尿道及其他部位的感染的治疗是安全、有效的。
To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic cefuroxime axetil tablets, a multicentre prospective randomized clinical trial was conducted with imported cefuroxime axetil tablets as control drug. The results showed that the clinical efficacy and safety of the experimental group (T group) and the control group (C group) were similar (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Domestic cefuroxime axetil tablets are safe and effective for the treatment of respiratory tract, urinary tract and other infections caused by sensitive bacteria.
