目的了解医学院校本科生的人格特征,为进一步的心理健康教育与指导提供依据。方法采用中国大学生人格量表(CCSPS)对沈阳医学院2232名本科生进行问卷调查与分析。结果男生与女生在利他、重情、严谨、爽直4个维度差异非常显著(P<0.001);独生子女与非独生子女在严谨、利他、活跃、坚韧4个维度差异显著(P<0.05);城镇与农村生源学生在严谨、活跃、利他、坚韧4个维度差异显著(P<0.05);4个不同年级学生的CCSPS各维度平均数组间F值除重情维度外均差异非常显著(P<0.001)。结论不同群体人格特征方面存在差异,应有针对性地对医学院校本科生进行心理健康教育,促进其人格的完善。
Objective To understand the personality traits of undergraduates in medical colleges and provide evidence for further mental health education and guidance. Methods A total of 2232 undergraduates of Shenyang Medical College were investigated by CCSPS. Results There was significant difference between boys and girls in altruism, serious feeling, seriousness and straightness (P <0.001). Only children and non - only children had significant differences in four dimensions of strictness, altruism, activeness and tenacity (P <0.05). There were significant differences among the students in urban and rural areas in terms of rigor, activity, altruism, and tenacity (P <0.05). The mean F values of CCSPS in four different grades were significantly different from those in the dimensions of weight (P < 0.001). Conclusions There are differences in personality traits of different groups. Psychological health education should be given to undergraduates in medical schools in a targeted manner to promote the improvement of their personality.
