本文在钼铋多元复合催化剂上,考查异丁烯气相氧化制取甲基丙烯醛的动力学数据,借助电子计算机进行线性回归关联,建立了动力学方程,并计算了表观活化能。在300—320℃时,对氧的反应级数为0.7级,对异丁烯为0.2级;320—350℃时,对氧的反应级数为0.2级,对异丁烯为0.7级。320℃时表观活化能出现转折点。推测反应按照Redox机理进行,高温为还原控制,低温为氧化控制。
In this paper, molybdenum bismuth multi-component composite catalyst, examining the kinetic data of methacrolein gas-phase oxidation of isobutylene to establish a linear regression relationship using electronic computer, established a kinetic equation, and calculated the apparent activation energy. At 300-320 ℃, the reaction order of oxygen is 0.7 and 0.2 for isobutene. The reaction order of oxygen to oxygen is 0.2 at 320-350 ℃ and 0.7 at isobutene. 320 ℃ apparent activation can occur turning point. It is speculated that the reaction is carried out according to the Redox mechanism, the high temperature is the reduction control and the low temperature is the oxidation control.
