为探明赤霉素(GA3)对甜菜当年抽苔及光合作用的影响,在甜菜幼苗期,用不同浓度GA3处理茎生长点,分别测定抽苔率及处理后不同天数甜菜叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度。结果表明:GA3能够不同程度地提高甜菜叶片的光合速率和气孔导度,降低蒸腾速率。甜研7号的最佳处理浓度为40mg/L,甜研8号为45mg/L。
