目的对深圳市某公司摄像头(手机/电脑/平板电脑)生产项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,明确其职业病危害程度,完善职业病危害防护措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康监护等方法进行综合分析评价。结果该项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为化学有害因素、紫外辐射、激光辐射、X射线。化学有害因素浓度检测了16个岗位,其中甲醇2个岗位超标,合格率为87.5%;紫外辐射检测11个岗位,9个岗位超标,合格率为18.18%;激光辐射检测9个岗位,合格率为100%;X射线检测4个岗位,合格率为100%。该项目不存在噪声作业;有生产性热源,但不存在高温作业;工频电场强度符合职业接触限值要求。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的项目,整改后,在确保职业病危害防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施与职业卫生管理制度得到落实的情况下,职业病危害控制效果可基本合格。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in the production project of a camera (cellphone / computer / tablet) of a company in Shenzhen, clarify the degree of occupational disease hazard and improve the protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods The methods of occupational health field survey, occupational disease hazard test and occupational health care were used to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in this project are chemical harmful factors, ultraviolet radiation, laser radiation and X-ray. Chemical concentration of harmful factors detected in 16 positions, of which two methanol positions exceed the standard rate of 87.5%; UV radiation detection of 11 positions, nine positions exceeded the pass rate of 18.18%; laser radiation detection of nine positions, the pass rate 100%; X-ray detection of four positions, with a pass rate of 100%. The project does not exist noise operations; a productive heat source, but there is no high temperature operation; power frequency electric field strength in line with occupational exposure limits. Conclusion This project belongs to the project with heavy occupational hazards. After the rectification, the project will basically pass the control of occupational disease hazards while ensuring the normal operation of protective facilities for occupational hazards and the implementation of personal protection measures and occupational health management system.
