2002年2月-2004年8月,笔者应用腔镜下行尿道会师加牵引术治疗16例男性后尿道损伤患者,疗效满意。报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组16例,均为男性,年龄17～55岁,平均33岁。受伤至就诊时间1～7.5h,平均4.5h。本组均无合并腹腔内脏器损伤或膀胱破裂,9例伴有不同程度的骨盆骨折,
From February 2002 to August 2004, the author applied endoscopic urethral catheterization and traction to treat 16 cases of posterior urethral injury in patients with satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 16 patients, both men, aged 17 to 55 years, mean 33 years. Injured to treatment time 1 ~ 7.5h, an average of 4.5h.
