对17CrNiMo6太阳轮渗碳淬火开裂试样进行断口形貌、金相组织、热处理工艺和锻造工艺等分析。结果表明,太阳轮在渗碳淬火后发生开裂的原因是热处理工艺不合理和齿轮锻坯形状不合理造成的,通过修改热处理工艺和选择合理的齿轮锻坯,可消除淬火开裂缺陷。
The 17CrNiMo6 solar wheel carburizing and quenching cracking specimen fracture morphology, microstructure, heat treatment and forging process analysis. The results show that the reason for the cracking of the sun gear after carburizing and quenching is that the heat treatment process is unreasonable and the shape of the gear blank is not reasonable. The quenching and cracking defects can be eliminated by changing the heat treatment process and selecting the gear forging blank.
