Staring at Sasha Brolin’s paintings seems to meet with a disturbing, hypnotic world. The portraits of her paintings are dissolved in their own contours, and her body is a natural one, distorting the laws of reality. Her works show superb painting skills. In her paintings, portraits are integrated with science fiction, and geometrical patterns blend into the skin of humanoid species, making it hard to know whether they are from digital networks or engulfed by this network.
