采用WHO提供的配方研制气雾杀虫剂进行机上灭蚊蝇模拟现场试验。杀虫剂的有效成份为2%的右旋苯醚菊酯,F_(11)和F_(12)作为抛射剂和溶剂各占49%,用同配方的新西兰产品作对比试验。试虫由军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所提供。试验采用挂笼法,将分别装有蚊子或苍蝇的小笼均匀分布在飞机座舱的上中下、前中后、左中右的不同部位。试验分别在B747、B767、B707共7架次飞机上
Development of aerosol insecticide using the formula provided by WHO for on-site anti-mosquito simulation field test. The active ingredient of insecticide was 2% D-phenylethrin, F_ (11) and F_ (12) as propellants and 49% of the solvents, respectively, with the same formula of New Zealand products for comparison test. Test insects provided by the Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Academy of Military Medical Sciences. The experiment adopts the method of hanging cage, distributing the small cages with mosquitoes or flies respectively to the upper and lower parts of the cockpit, the middle part of the front, the middle part of the left, the right part of the left and the right. The tests were carried out on seven sorties of B747, B767 and B707 aircraft respectively
