目的 :探讨地多糖的提取分离 ,以便研究其药理功效。方法 :采用Sevage法、DEAE -纤维素 (DEAE -5 2 )离子交换层析法及SephadexG - 10 0凝胶过滤法提纯地多糖 (MD1)。纯化的地多糖MD1的结构经TLC、UV、IR、GC、HPLC方法以及高碘酸氧化、Smith降解等方法进行测定。结果 :地多糖MD1是有许多支链的中性多糖 ,其组成为Rha∶Xyl∶Ara∶Man∶Glc∶Gal =1∶ 1.7∶ 1.9∶ 2 4 .5∶ 12 .3∶ 3.5 (摩尔比 ) ,分子量为 3.1× 10 3 。
Objective : To explore the extraction and separation of polysaccharides from the Chinese mitten mulberry in order to study its pharmacological effects. METHODS: The polysaccharide (MD1) was purified by Sevage method, DEAE-cellulose (DEAE -52) ion-exchange chromatography and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration. The structure of the purified polysaccharide of M. sativa MD1 was determined by TLC, UV, IR, GC, HPLC methods, periodate oxidation, and Smith degradation. RESULTS: The polysaccharide of M. sativa MD1 was a neutral polysaccharide with many branches and its composition was Rha:Xyl:Ara:Man:Glc:Gal=1:1.7:1.9:2 4 .5:12.3:3.5 (molar ratio ), The molecular weight was 3.1 × 10 3 .
