天津市三甲医院心内科医护工作者职业倦怠调查和分析

目的了解天津市三甲医院心内科医护工作者职业倦怠情况并提出相关对策。方法采用便利抽样原则,选择天津市5家三甲医院心内科医护工作者集中开会的时间,以2015年9月以前在职人员为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果共发放问卷240份,收回234份;其中有效问卷219份,有效回收率为91.25%。医务工作者中具有良好工作状态的为53.4%,具有一定程度倦怠的为34.7%,而具有重度倦怠的为12.8%。在情绪衰竭上,不同婚姻状况、年龄、职称、月收入医护工作者差异有统计学意义;在去个性化上,不同性别、年龄、职称、工作年限、月收入医护工作者差异有统计学意义;在成就感衰落上,不同性别、年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、月收入医护工作者差异有统计学意义。结论受调查人员在职业倦怠方面有近半数的人员存在轻度职业倦怠,针对轻度倦怠向重度倦怠转变的应予以重点防治。 Objective To understand the occupational burnout of cardiologists in Tianjin A top three hospitals and to put forward relevant countermeasures. Methods Using the principle of convenience sampling, we selected the time of concentrated meeting of cardiologists in five top-three hospitals in Tianjin and conducted questionnaire survey with serving officers before September 2015 as the survey subjects. Results A total of 240 questionnaires were sent out and 234 copies were returned. Among them, 219 were valid and the effective rate was 91.25%. 53.4% ​​of medical workers have a good working condition, 34.7% have a certain degree of burnout, and 12.8% have severe burnout. In emotional exhaustion, there were significant differences in the health care workers with different marital status, age, job title and monthly income. In the aspect of personalization, there were significant differences in health care workers with different sexes, ages, job titles, working years and monthly income On the decline of accomplishment, the difference of health workers with different gender, age, academic record, professional title, working life and monthly income was statistically significant. Conclusion Nearly half of the respondents in job burnout have mild job burnout, and the focus should be on prevention and treatment of the change from mild burnout to heavy burnout.
