当代中国的大众文化虽然具有明显的大众性,却与延安文艺以来的“大众文艺”大相径庭,既不是大众的文化,也不是文化的大众化,而是与西方“文化工业”同质的商业文化。电视大众文化正是这种商业文化与大众传媒、技术传播共同制造的“神话”。
Although popular mass culture in contemporary China is quite popular, it is not the mass culture, nor the popularization of culture, but the same commercial culture with the western “cultural industry” because it is very different from “popular literature and art” of Yan’an literature and art. TV mass culture is precisely this kind of “myth” that business culture and mass media and technology communication jointly make.
