目的对雾霾中分离的库克细菌进行种属鉴定和药敏实验,研究环境中库克菌属细菌的分布状态、生化特性和耐药特征。方法于2016年冬季雾霾环境下使用空气撞击法收集距地面10~15 m的空气微生物,将分离的细菌纯化培养后进行革兰染色、16S r DNA序列分析、生化鉴定和耐药性分析。结果 8株细菌经16S r DNA测序分析确定为库克菌属细菌,为革兰阳性球菌;经VITEK 2革兰阳性细菌鉴定卡分析,8株菌鉴定为玫瑰色库克菌;其对青霉素类、碳青霉烯类、氨基糖苷类、丙酰胺类、四环素类、安沙霉素类等6类药物有不同程度的敏感,个别菌株对氟喹诺酮类、头孢类、大环内酯类、林可霉素类药物的耐药性表现为中介,未发现耐药株。结论雾霾空气中存在少量的条件致病菌玫瑰色库克菌,该菌对大部分抗生素敏感。
OBJECTIVE: To study the species distribution, biochemical characteristics and drug resistance of Cooksene bacteria in the environment. Methods Airborne microorganisms were collected by air impact method in the winter of 2016 in the haze environment. The isolated bacteria were purified and cultured for Gram stain, 16S r DNA sequence analysis, biochemical identification and drug resistance analysis. Results Eight strains of bacteria were identified as Coke genus by 16S rDNA sequencing. Gram-positive cocci were identified. Eight strains were identified as Coleus roseus by VITEK 2 Gram-positive bacteria identification test. , Carbapenems, aminoglycosides, propionamides, tetracyclines, ansamycins and other 6 kinds of drugs have different degrees of sensitivity, a single strain of fluoroquinolones, cephalosporins, macrolides, Lin Drug resistance of mycotoxins showed an intermediary, no resistant strains were found. Conclusion There are a few conditions in the hazy air pathogenic bacteria rose cough bacteria, the bacteria sensitive to most of the antibiotics.
