Corporate culture does not solve what a business does, but it can understand why an organization does it and how it does it. Corporate culture is the soul of enterprises, is an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. At present, the building of our country’s corporate culture has started and is increasingly being taken seriously, forming some feasible models. But there are a series of problems,
