目的探讨多部门联合推广围术期合理预防使用抗菌药物的效果。方法自2014年开始改进围术期抗菌药物预防性应用策略,实行多部门联合推广,调取各季度病历医嘱,对比合格率。结果第二季度的病历医嘱不合格率(2.75%)明显低于第一季度(3.56%),并且在第三、四季度病历医嘱不合格率保持持续下降(2.35%,2.24%)。结论多部门联合推广,确实有助于提高围术期合理预防使用抗菌药物水平。
Objective To explore the effect of multi-department joint promotion of rational use of antimicrobial agents during perioperative period. Methods Since 2014, we have started to improve the strategy of prophylactic use of perioperative antibacterials. We implemented a joint multi-departmental promotion program to draw up medical records of different quarters and compare the passing rates. Results The medical record order failed rate (2.75%) in the second quarter was significantly lower than that in the first quarter (3.56%). In the third and the fourth quarter, the medical record order rate continued to decline (2.35%, 2.24%). Conclusion Multi-sectoral joint promotion does help to improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents during perioperative period.
