低血压症虽尚无明确的定义,但一般把收缩压低于100mmHg者称为低血压症。临床上可分为三种类型:(1)继发性低血压症;(2)原发性低血压症;(3)直立性低血压症。从对症治疗方面考虑,本文仅就原发性低血压症和直立性低血压症做一略述。 Although there is no clear definition of hypotension, but generally less than 100mmHg systolic blood pressure known as hypotension.
