为确定高强度低合金钢HG785D的焊接工艺参数,运用ANS YS软件,对开V形坡口的HG785D高强度低合金钢3层对接平焊过程中的热循环进行数值仿真,模拟焊接过程的温度变化情况,并对3种不同热输入条件下的t8/5进行仿真分析、经验公式计算和实际测量。结果表明,相比经验公式计算结果,仿真结果与实际测量结果的一致度更高,说明该数值模拟过程能够为高强度低合金钢的焊接温度分析和焊接工艺参数优化提供参考。
In order to determine the welding process parameters of HG785D, ANS YS software was used to simulate the thermal cycle of HG785D high-strength low-alloy steel with three-layer butt-jointing process. The simulated welding process temperature Changes and t8 / 5 under three different heat input conditions were simulated, empirical formula calculation and actual measurement. The results show that compared with the empirical formula, the simulation results are more consistent with the actual measurement results, which shows that the numerical simulation process can provide reference for the analysis of welding temperature and the optimization of welding process parameters for high strength and low alloy steel.
