目的 :探讨细胞外基质糖蛋白 (tenascin ,TN)在喉部良、恶性病变中的表达 ,及其与喉肿瘤发生及发展的关系。方法 :将 5 8例石蜡包埋喉部病变组织用鼠抗人单克隆抗 TN抗体行免疫组化染色 ,用HPIAS 10 0 0型医学彩色全自动图像分析系统进行分析。结果 :TN在喉部良性病变及正常组织的细胞外间质中无阳性染色 ,在喉的原位癌组织的细胞外间质中有弱阳性染色 ,且二者差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。在喉的侵袭性鳞状细胞癌组织的细胞外间质中有强的TN染色 ,且在有淋巴结转移的肿瘤组织中染色更强 ,染色面积更广。在喉癌的各病理分级之间阳性染色差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示TN与喉癌的发生、发展和转移有关 ,而与其病理分级无关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of extracellular matrix protein (tenascin, TN) in benign and malignant lesions of the larynx and its relationship with the occurrence and development of laryngeal neoplasms. Methods: Fifty-eight paraffin-embedded laryngeal lesions were immunohistochemically stained with mouse anti-human monoclonal anti-TN antibody and analyzed by HPIAS 100 color automatic image analysis system. Results: TN showed no positive staining in the benign lesions of the larynx and the extracellular matrix of normal tissues, weak positive staining in the extracellular matrix of laryngeal carcinoma in situ, and the difference was significant (P < 0 .0 0 1). In the laryngeal invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the extracellular matrix has strong TN staining, and in lymph node metastasis staining more stained, staining a wider area. There was no significant difference in positive staining between the pathological grades of laryngeal cancer (P> 0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that TN is associated with the occurrence, development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma, but not with its pathological grade.
