博物馆专职讲解员作为由专家、专职讲解员、志愿者组成的博物馆讲解工作团队当中的主体,肩负博物馆传播历史、文化、科学知识的重要任务。但在实际工作中由于各种原因,专职讲解员适岗后缺乏学习,业务能力停滞不前,影响了博物馆的整体形象。本文针对这一现象,就专职讲解员上岗后再培训工作的重要性及培训方法进行探讨。 The full-time interpreter in the museum, as the main body of the working team composed of experts, full-time instructors and volunteers, shoulders the important task of the museum in disseminating historical, cultural and scientific knowledge. However, in actual work, due to various reasons, full-time instructors lack the ability to learn after taking up positions and their business capabilities have stagnated, affecting the overall image of the museum.
