采用传统的高温反应方法合成出(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉颗粒.利用乳胶法对荧光粉颗粒表面包覆MgF2.对包覆过程中反应物种类与浓度、反应温度与时间进行研究,将NH4F直接滴定到MgCl2和荧光粉混合物中包覆最佳.通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、激发光谱和发射光谱等研究了表面包覆的荧光粉颗粒的结构性能.
(Y, Gd) BO3:Eu phosphor particles were synthesized by the traditional high temperature reaction method.The surface of the phosphor particles was coated with MgF2 by the latex method.The species and concentration of the reactants in the coating process, the reaction temperature and the time were studied, The titration of NH4F to MgCl2 and the mixture of phosphors was the best.The structure and properties of the surface-coated phosphor were investigated by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum, excitation spectrum and emission spectrum.
