前言自发现铍具有致癌作用以来,微量铍的测定逐渐引起了人们的注意。钙色素:Calcichrome(C_(30)H_(15)N_6Na_6O_(21)S_6)用于铍的分光光度测定国外已有报导,而钙色素:Calcium Chrome(C_(30)H_(15)O_(22)N_4Na_5·H_2o),用于铍的测定国内外均未见论述。本文对铍与钙色素(Calcium Chrome)的显色体系进行了研究,并用乙酰丙酮—四氯化碳萃取富集天然水中痕量的铍,成功地进行了水样中痕量铍的测定。
Preface Since the discovery of beryllium has carcinogenic effects, the determination of trace beryllium gradually attracted people’s attention. Calcium (C_ (30) H_ (15) N_6Na_6O_ (21) S_6) has been reported for the spectrophotometric determination of beryllium. Calcium Chrome (C_ (30) H_ (15) O_ (22) N_4Na_5 · H_2o) for the determination of beryllium have not been discussed at home and abroad. In this paper, the color system of beryllium and Calcium Chrome was studied, and trace amounts of beryllium in natural water were extracted with acetylacetone-carbon tetrachloride. The determination of trace beryllium in water samples was successfully performed.
