本文提出一种进行机架结构优化设计的离散变量优化方法和程序。该方法的特点是把满应力准则法和数学规划法相联系;优化方法和有限元分析相结合。其设计变量是工程标准的规格钢材或自定的规格型钢。本方法和J·Wright的方法和程序相比,具有若干新的特色。本方法和程序较适合农机机架和其他工程刚架结构的弹性优化设计。本文最后给出了收割机优化设计的应用实例。
In this paper, we propose a method and program for discrete variable optimization for rack structure optimization design. The method is characterized by linking the full stress criterion method with the mathematical programming method. The optimization method is combined with the finite element analysis. The design variables are engineering standards of steel or custom specifications of steel. This method has several new features compared to the methods and procedures of J. Wright. The method and procedure are more suitable for flexible design of agricultural frame and other engineering rigid frame structures. Finally, this paper gives an example of the optimal design of harvester.
