目的建立微膜富集原位表面增强拉曼光谱法快速检测蔬果中3种杀菌剂的残留量。方法采用过滤法将银(金)纳米粒子直接负载于有机尼龙66微孔滤膜上,该微孔滤膜分离富集蔬果中福美双、噻菌灵和啶酰菌胺3种杀菌剂后,采用表面增强拉曼光谱法进行原位检测。结果方法的线性范围分别为0.010~1.0、0.10~20和0.10~5.0 mg/L,检出限分别为0.50、39和5.8μg/L。该方法应用于苹果、梨、橙、柚子、玉米、土豆和黄瓜等蔬果中的杀菌剂残留量分析,回收率在88.0%~110%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏,适用于蔬果等食品中杀菌剂类农药残留的分析检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a micro-film-based in situ surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy for the rapid determination of the residues of three fungicides in fruits and vegetables. Methods The silver nanoparticles were directly loaded on the organic nylon 66 microporous membrane by the filtration method. After the three kinds of fungicides such as thiram, thiabendazole and boscalid in fruits and vegetables were separated and enriched, Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was used for in situ detection. Results The linear range of the method was 0.010 ~ 1.0, 0.10 ~ 20 and 0.10 ~ 5.0 mg / L, respectively. The detection limits were 0.50, 39 and 5.8 μg / L, respectively. The method was applied to the analysis of bactericide residues in fruits and vegetables such as apple, pear, orange, grapefruit, corn, potato and cucumber. The recoveries ranged from 88.0% to 110% with relative standard deviations less than 10%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive and is suitable for the analysis and detection of fungicide pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and other foodstuffs.
