目的 :为带蒂颞浅血管额支皮瓣移位修复面部软组织缺损提供解剖学基础。方法 :对 32侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人尸体的头面部进行解剖 ,并对颞浅动脉的走行、分支、分布进行观测 ,并在尸体上进行手术设计。结果 :颞浅动脉起自颈外动脉 ,穿腮腺实质上行 ,在颧弓上方分为额、顶两终末支。额支又于外眦上方分为额顶支和额眶支。额支、额眶支血管外径均在 1mm左右 ,可游离血管蒂长度为 130mm以上。结论 :以颞浅血管额支为蒂的皮瓣可用来移位修复面部软组织缺损
OBJECTIVE: To provide an anatomical basis for the transposition of superficial temporal pedicel pedicle flap to repair facial soft tissue defects. Methods: The head and face of adult cadaveric arteries infused with red latex on the 32 sides were dissected. The movement, branching and distribution of the superficial temporal arteries were observed. Surgical design was performed on the body. Results: The superficial temporal artery originated from the external carotid artery. The parotid gland was virtually ascending. The frontal branch was divided into frontal and distal ends on the zygomatic arch. The forehead is divided into top forehead and forehead orbital branch. The amount of branch, orbital branch of the external diameter of the vessel are about 1mm, free pedicle length of 130mm or more. Conclusion: The flaps pedicled with the superficial temporal branches of the blood vessels can be used to displace and repair facial soft tissue defects
