通过对真空自耗电弧炉熔炼时的热量计算和分析,得出了炉内平均温度。同时研究和计算了与真空自耗电弧炉主要部件有关的接触电阻问题,提出了如何降低接触电阻的方法,并得出了有效解决打弧现象的方法。对真空自耗炉的结构设计,特别是电极杆等结构的设计有重要的理论和实践指导意义。
By calculating and analyzing the calories of vacuum consumable electric arc furnace, the average temperature in the furnace was obtained. At the same time, the contact resistance problems related to the main components of vacuum consumable arc furnace were researched and calculated. The methods of how to reduce the contact resistance were put forward, and the method to solve the problem of arc striking was obtained. The structural design of the vacuum consumable furnace, especially the structure of the electrode rod has important theoretical and practical significance.
