随着我国经济的发展,我国企业获得了良好的发展机遇,获得了巨大发展。同时,在日益激烈的市场竞争中,我国企业面临越来越严峻的挑战。为了在激烈的市场竞争中,维持企业的生存发展,要加强企业管理,尤其是提高人力资源管理的水平。社会保险对于提高企业人力资源管理的水平具有重要的作用和意义。本文对社会保险的作用进行了分析,考察了社会保险现存的问题,探讨了充分发挥社会保险在人力资源管理中作用的措施,以期为我国人力资源管理提供借鉴。
With the economic development in our country, Chinese enterprises have enjoyed good opportunities for development and have achieved tremendous growth. Meanwhile, in the increasingly fierce market competition, Chinese enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges. In order to maintain the survival and development of enterprises in the fierce market competition, it is necessary to strengthen the management of enterprises, especially to improve the level of human resources management. Social insurance plays an important role and significance in improving the level of enterprise human resources management. This article analyzes the function of social insurance, examines the existing problems of social insurance, and discusses measures to give full play to the role of social insurance in human resources management so as to provide reference for our country’s human resources management.
