[ 目的] 探讨病毒性脑炎时降钙素基因相关肽的变化及临床应用价值.[ 方法] 选用放射免疫分析方法检测病毒性脑炎血浆和脑脊液中降钙素基因相关肽含量的变化.[ 结果] 病毒性脑炎患儿1 ~3d 时脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽显著低于对照组,有显著性差异.而7 ~10d 时高于对照组,但无显著性差异;血浆降钙素基因相关肽无显著变化.[ 结论] 降钙素基因相关肽对脑细胞有保护作用,而病毒性脑炎早期使用促进降钙素基因相关肽分泌的药物或外源性降钙素基因相关肽可能有重要治疗作用.
[Objective] To investigate the changes of calcitonin gene-related peptide in viral encephalitis and its clinical value. [Method] Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the changes of calcitonin gene-related peptide in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of viral encephalitis. [Results] The levels of calcitonin gene-related peptide in cerebrospinal fluid of children with viral encephalitis at 1 ~ 3d were significantly lower than those of the control group, with significant difference. But higher than the control group at 7-10 days, but no significant difference; plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide showed no significant change. [Conclusion] Calcitonin gene-related peptide has a protective effect on brain cells. However, early use of drugs that promote the secretion of calcitonin gene-related peptide or exogenous calcitonin gene-related peptide may have an important therapeutic effect in viral encephalitis.
