湖南省水文仪器设备检测中心(即原湖南省水文总站水文仪器设备修造所),是经省编委湘编[1997]27号文件批准更名的具有独立法人资格的副处级事业单位,隶属于湖南省水文水资源勘测局。人员编制41人,现有职工37人,其中:中、高级技术人员12名。仪检中心位于美丽的星城——湖南省长沙市省水电大院内。中心检测人员经验丰富,均已通过水利部质检中心专业培训,并获得检定及维修上岗合格证书。中心的流速仪检定水槽始建于1950年,1968年重建,1989年至1994年进行了大规模改造,1994年通过了水利部水文仪器质检中心验收,被定为国家一级精度流速仪检定水槽。2004年对检定系统进行了升级改造,并顺利通过了水利部水文仪器质检中心的复检。水槽检定车控制部分全部采采用智能自动,以无线通讯网络方式实现动念在线传输,各项技术指标均已达到了行业标准《直线明槽中转子式流速仪的检定方法》中的一级精度,是国家最高精度级别的检定水槽。中心注重质量管理,严格操作规程,在全国率先扶得ISO9000质量管理体系认证。中心技术力量雄厚,检测设备齐全,检测手段先进,检测精度可靠,具备检定各种类型流速仪、回声测深仪、流速流向仪,经纬仪、水准仪等技术能力。中心开发科的科技人员研制的自动浮标投放器,荣获湖南省水利厅2004年度科技进步二等奖、湖南省科技进步三等奖。中心金工车间制作加工的水利水文机械没备质量可靠,研制生产的ELD系列水文缆道绞车,质优价廉,广泛应用于水文测站,得到用户的一致好评。
