我县地处安徽西北边的淮北平原,有18个公社(场、镇),236个大队,97,000多户,44万多人。大跃进的年代里,在毛主席关于“动员起来,讲究卫生,减少疾病,提高健康水平”的伟大号召指引下,我县在全面贯彻执行《全国农业发展纲要》中,积极开展了以除害灭病为中心的爱国卫生运动,取得了一定成绩,成为我省农村卫生工作比较好的县。但以后由于受刘少奇一类骗子修正主义路线的干扰和破坏,一度使卫生运动讲形式,脱离农业生产,因而脱
My county is located in the Huaibei Plain in the northwest of Anhui Province. There are 18 communes (fields, towns), 236 brigades, more than 97,000 households and more than 440,000 people. During the Great Leap Forward era, under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s “Calling, Stressing Health, Reducing Disease, and Improving Health Level”, our county has actively implemented the “National Agricultural Development Program” to actively implement the elimination of diseases. The patriotic public health campaign centered on the elimination of diseases has achieved certain results and has become a relatively good county for rural health work in our province. However, due to the interference and destruction caused by Liu Shaoqi’s fraudulent revisionist line, the health movement was once talked about in terms of form, and thus it was removed from agricultural production.
