建立某国产轿车车身有限元模型,在考虑车身的模态、刚度、车内声压以及多种碰撞工况的前提下,以车身结构质量最小化为目标,以车身的相关部件的厚度为变量,在进行最优拉丁超立方采样的基础上,运用Kriging近似建模技术建立近似模型,采用改进的粒子群算法求解其最优解,建立了综合考虑NVH性能和碰撞安全性的车身轻量化设计方法,在满足以上性能的情况下,达到了减重10.3%的效果,为开展车身多学科优化设计研究提供可借鉴的方法和途径。
