自制动物标本不仅能加强课堂教学,而且使生物标本室更加丰富多彩。用试管可以制作以下几例。类型的动物标本。 1、活体标本 课前根据教学需要采集足量的活体小动物,从中挑选健全活泼的个体装入试管内,用泡沫包装材料做成的带孔的圆塞塞好。寨子要略陷入试管内、以免学生用手抓出。将试管标本插在用试管架改制成的标本架上.以便携带和摆放、这种标本主要供课堂发给学生学习某些动物体形态特征时用。（见图）
