人性化管理是以研究人们的心理与行为规律为基础,利用非强制的方式进行管理,形成一种潜移默化的说服力,其最大特点是从内心激发和发挥馆员与读者的主动性、积极性的一种更深化、更高级的管理方式。本文基于人性化管理基础理论的特点,深入分析和探讨图书馆人性化管理机制,借鉴日本大学图书馆将人性化管理作为核心管理的个性化服务理念,提出图书馆人性化管理的具体对策,以期能够为更多的同业者提供参考。
