清热解毒颗粒是广西中医学院附属瑞康医院院内生产制剂，主要由金银花、菊花、淡竹叶等中药经科学方法精致而成，具有清热解毒的功效。处方中君药为金银花和菊花，绿原酸是其主要有效成分，为了有效控制产品内在质量，本文建立了制剂中金银花、菊花的薄层色谱鉴别，采用HPLC法测定制剂中绿原酸的含量。
