利用生物信息学的方法,从辣椒基因组中鉴定出45个LBD基因,这些基因分布于辣椒9条染色体上。该家族成员内含子数整体上不超过3个,结构相对简单。进化关系显示辣椒LBD基因可分为ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ两大类,细分为Ⅰa、Ⅰb、Ⅰc、Ⅰd、Ⅰe、Ⅱa和Ⅱb等7个亚类。不同组织和发育时期的表达模式研究发现,该基因家族具有一定的时空表达特异性。qRT-PCR结果表明,热激胁迫可以明显激活或抑制部分LBD基因的表达,其中ClassⅡ类基因较ClassⅠ类对高温具有更高的敏感性。
Using bioinformatics methods, 45 LBD genes were identified from the capsicum genome. These genes are distributed on 9 chromosomes in pepper. The number of introns of this family member is no more than 3 on the whole, and the structure is relatively simple. The evolutionary relationship showed that the LBD gene of pepper can be divided into two major categories, ClassⅠand ClassⅡ, which are subdivided into seven subtypes Ⅰa, Ⅰb, Ⅰc, Ⅰd, Ⅰe, Ⅱa and Ⅱb. Different tissues and developmental stages of expression patterns found that the gene family has a certain spatial and temporal expression specificity. The results of qRT-PCR showed that the heat shock stress could obviously activate or inhibit the expression of some LBD genes. ClassⅡgene had higher sensitivity to ClassⅠ than ClassⅠ.
