在排查道依兹BF6M1013型柴油机启动困难故障时,维修人员若怀疑单体泵有故障,常因没有单体泵试验台,无法对单体泵进行压力检测,只能更换单体泵。由于无法判断更换下来的单体泵是否损坏,造成了配件和人力的浪费。为解决这一问题,我们根据单体泵原理制作了1种单体泵试验台,并通过该实验台的压力检测,总结出单体泵性能衡量值。1.单体泵的结构及磨损部位(1)单体泵的结构道依兹BF6M1013型柴油机燃油供给系统没有独立的喷油泵,而是将6个缸的喷油柱塞分置,做成6个单体泵,安装在柴油机缸体凸轮轴处。每个缸的单体泵
