本市许多地方是甘蔗的主产区,甘蔗渣资源丰富。甘蔗渣的成分:纤维素46％,半纤维素25％,木质素20％,氮0.43％,C/N=120:1,基本能满足金针菇的生长需要。笔者于1993年冬进行了用蔗渣栽培金针菇试验,1994年在本市南华食用菌厂试种10万袋,取得了很好的效果。现将试验结果报道如下:
