目的:分析瑞舒发他汀致不良反应的特点及相关因素,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:检索国内外医药数据库,下载病例报告原文,统计病例报告中的相关数据,分析瑞舒发他汀致不良反应的相关因素,讨论其致不良反应的机制。结果:共检索到病例报告41例45例次不良反应,发现瑞舒发他汀致不良反应主要累及消化系统(肝损害)和神经肌肉系统(横纹肌溶解症);高龄患者和剂量过大与影响CPY450代谢酶的药物联用是其主要致ADRs的相关因素。结论:注意高龄患者的用药监测,尽量使用最低有效治疗剂量,避免与影响CYP450代谢酶的药物联用,是避免或减轻其ADRs的重要措施。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and related factors of adverse reactions caused by rosuvastatin and provide reference for the clinical use of drugs. Methods: Retrieve the domestic and international medical database, download the case report of the original, statistical data reported in the case report, analysis of the relevant factors caused by adverse reactions of Shishu fat statin, to discuss its mechanism of adverse reactions. Results: A total of 45 adverse reactions were reported in 41 cases and found that the adverse reactions caused by rosuvastatin mainly involved the digestive system (liver damage) and neuromuscular system (rhabdomyolysis). In elderly patients and the overdose and CPY450 Drug-metabolizing enzymes are the major causative agents for ADRs. Conclusion: Pay attention to the medication monitoring in elderly patients, try to use the minimum effective therapeutic dose, and avoid the influence of CYP450 metabolic enzyme drugs, is to avoid or reduce its ADRs important measures.
