以13个玉米改良群体和4个标准测验种为材料,采用NCⅡ遗传设计,测定并分析了群体产量配合力、杂种优势、杂优模式和农艺性状。结果表明,WBM C4、豫综5号、辽旅综群、中群14 黄综群5个群体产量一般配合力较高。在群体与测验种的52个杂交组合中,12个组合产量与单交种对照相当,特殊配合力较高,其中掖478×黄综群、黄早4×中群14、丹340×黄综群、黄早4×豫综5号4个组合比对照增产,对照优势为2 29%~4 82%。研究结果既说明了中国玉米群体改良取得的研究进展,又为这些改良群体进一步改良、利用和杂优组合模式构建提供了依据。
With 13 improved maize populations and 4 standard test varieties as materials, NC Ⅱ genetic design was used to determine and analyze the yield combining ability, heterosis, heterosis pattern and agronomic traits of the population. The results showed that WBM C4, Yu comprehensive No. 5, Liaodong comprehensive group, Zhong group 14 Huang complex group 5 populations with higher general combining ability. Among the 52 cross combinations of population and test species, the yield of 12 combinations was equivalent to that of single cross-species control, and the special combining ability was high, among which, 478 × Huangdu group, Huangzao 4 × Zhongqu 14, Dan 340 × Huangduqun, Huangzao 4 × Yu total 5 4 combinations than the control yield, control advantage of 29% -442%. The results of the study not only show the progress of the research on the improvement of maize population in China, but also provide the basis for the further improvement, utilization and combination of heterosis model.
