雷晓燕,江西丰城人,1956年8月生,汉族,中共党员。现为华东交通大学“铁路环境振动与噪声”教育部工程研究中心主任、教授。2009年被省政府聘为首批“井冈学者”特聘教授。在2006年举行的一次国际重大项目招标会上,华东交通大学“铁路环境振动与噪声”教育部工程研究中心从参加竞标的比利时DTS公司、德国DataKustik公司等众多强手中脱颖而出,一举夺得“曼谷机场铁路连接线噪声与振动研究”项目,而领衔“铁路环境振动与噪声”教育部工程研究中心的带头人正是华东交通大学的雷晓燕博士。
Lei Xiaoyan, Jiangxi Fengcheng people, born in August 1956, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China. Now East China Jiaotong University “Railway Environmental Vibration and Noise ” Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center, Professor. In 2009 by the provincial government hired as the first “Jinggang Scholar” Distinguished Professor. At a bidding conference of major international projects held in 2006, East China Jiaotong University “Railway Environmental Vibration and Noise ” Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center from the bidding of Belgium DTS company, Germany DataKustik company and many other strong stand out, won in one fell swoop “Bangkok Airport Railway Connection Noise and Vibration Research ” project, and led the “Railway Environment Vibration and Noise ” Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center is the leader of East China Jiaotong University, Dr. Lei Xiaoyan.
