目的探讨ＹＡＧ激光行虹膜后粘连切开的可行性。方法对我科１９９６年４月至１９９８年１２月收治的慢性虹膜后粘连病人２１例２５眼，控制炎症反应１月，治疗前３天结膜下注射庆大霉素２万单位、地塞米松２ｍｇ及阿托品０．３ｍｇ，采用国产ＹＡＧ激光，能量４．１～８．１ｍｊ，光斑直径２８ｕｍ，治疗前托品酰胚点眼加强散瞳，准确聚焦自下向上击射后粘连。结果２５眼中有１２眼治疗后瞳孔正圆，另１３眼瞳孔有缺损，其中后粘连＜３处者可完全解除后粘连，３～５处者亦有效。结论ＹＡＧ激光虹膜后粘连切开术对于虹膜后粘连治疗行之有效。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of posterior Iment adhesions in YAG laser. Results Of the 25 eyes, 12 eyes had a round pupil after treatment and another 13 had pupillary defects. The posterior adhesions <3 were completely relieved of posterior adhesions and 3 to 5 were also effective. Conclusion YAG laser posterior iridotomy for the treatment of posterior iridia adhesion is effective.
