恶性网状细胞病在国外称为组织细胞性髓性网状细胞增生症,习惯简称“恶网”。近二十年来,在世界各国报辺有增多的趋势,国内自1957年—1973年据不完全统计有28篇之多,而伴双侧涎腺肿大者,口腔科资料中未曾见过,为了提高对“恶网”的认识报告如下: 郑××女,23岁,未婚,湖北应城人,茯士。在一月余前因双侧腮腺,颌下腺突然肿大,每日下午体温38℃—40℃,曾在县人民医院治疗,经用专霉素、链霉素、红霉素卡那霉素、四环素激素等均无效,且双侧腮腺、颌下腺逐渐增大,继续发烧,每日晨吐痰时咳血。全身出现水肿,出汗,糙神食欲不振,于75年11月24日来我科门诊、同日入院。
