本文确定和解释了用涡流法测量钛上有机涂层厚度时层厚测量仪产生误差的原因;用光截面法纠正了涡流层厚测量仪的读数;进而拟定了测量条件和技术。
This paper confirms and explains the reason of the error of layer thickness meter when measuring the thickness of organic coating on titanium by eddy current method, corrects the reading of eddy current layer thickness meter by light cross section method, and then makes the measurement conditions and technology.
