目的:优选枸杞籽油自微乳制剂处方,并对其进行初步评价。方法:采用加水滴定法制备伪三元相图,优选表面活性剂及油相种类;通过比较体系透光性确定处方各组分比例,考察处方自乳化时间及其在离心、冷冻、加热等条件下的稳定性。结果:最佳枸杞籽油自微乳化处方为油酸乙酯-聚山梨醇酯80-枸杞籽油2∶7∶1;该处方能在10 min内自发形成具乳光透明乳液、粒径小而均匀,其动力学稳定性良好但对高温较敏感。结论:所得枸杞籽油自微乳处方乳化性能良好,较稳定。
Objective: To optimize the formulation of Lycium barbarum seed oil self-microemulsion and evaluate its preliminary evaluation.
