烟化炉冶炼终点判断的准确性,是影响烟化炉生产成本、能耗及回收率高低的重要因素。通过生产过程中的烟气烟尘分析,寻得粉尘浓度和二氧化硫浓度在吹炼期的变化规律,提取吹炼期粉尘浓度变化曲线、二氧化硫浓度峰状曲线的特征量,分析其在冶炼终点时的特征,得到冶炼终点的判断指标,为冶炼终点的自动判别提供了新的思路。
The accuracy of the smelting furnace smelting terminal judgment is an important factor that affects the production cost, energy consumption and recovery rate of the smelting furnace. Through the analysis of flue gas and dust in the process of production, the variation rules of dust concentration and sulfur dioxide concentration in the blowing stage were found out. The variation curves of the dust concentration in the blowing stage and the peak value of the sulfur dioxide concentration were extracted and analyzed. Characteristics, the judgment index of the smelting end point provides a new idea for the automatic judgment of the smelting end point.
